What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all technical delivery activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate timekeeping
- Design and oversee the implementation of OT/IT network solutions in manufacturing environments
- Manage project activities from client engagement through final invoicing
- Provide continuous technical guidance throughout OT/IT network implementations
- Collaborate with IT network teams to develop disaster recovery strategies and remediation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, industry certifications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in OT and/or IT network architecture
- Strong documentation skills including templates, diagrams, and Visio deliverables
- Deep expertise in OT/IT network architecture for manufacturing environments
- Ability to design governance models and risk management frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience designing OT/IT network architectures
- Strong leadership and consulting capabilities
- Experience developing disaster recovery (DR) playbooks and performing gap analysis
- Capability to lead technical teams and deliver complex consulting engagements
- Demonstrate expert-level domain knowledge with broad cross-discipline understanding
