      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a book of business for n8n's strategic customers, ensuring successful onboarding and effective adoption
      - Conduct kick-off calls, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and renewals with professionalism
      - Proactively address customer challenges and maintain strong communication to drive business value realization
      - Develop and optimize playbooks and workflows to enhance customer engagement and insights
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve customer experience and unblock issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in Customer Success, managing a book of business and handling QBRs, onboarding, and renewals
      - Strong curiosity and ability to understand customer motivations and translate n8n's value
      - Technical background with experience in customer-facing roles involving technical/IT stakeholders
      - Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in driving upsells and cross-sells
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with a structured approach to communication and relationship building

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in process design and setting up customer success tooling or automations
      - Familiarity with AI and automation tools, particularly n8n
      - Background in startup or scale-up environments
      - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field
