      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and execute recurring Customer Success programs end-to-end, ensuring accurate and timely completion
      - Provide operational support to Customer Success Managers for both value-added resellers and direct customers
      - Conduct regular external communications with customers and Value-Added Resellers as part of standard programs
      - Pull and analyze data from Acumatica systems to support Customer Success reporting and decision-making
      - Create and maintain Customer Success documentation, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations for an ERP company
      - Strong Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and structured data analysis
      - Experience supporting recurring operational programs for a SaaS business model
      - CRM experience and familiarity with SharePoint for documentation management
      - Ability to manage diverse workloads while meeting deadlines consistently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Acumatica, especially Acumatica CRM
      - Familiarity with Intercom for customer communication
      - Prior experience in defining and writing business requirements or knowledge base articles
      - Comfort using AI tools for data analysis and operational problem-solving
      - Experience managing projects and tasks using Asana
