      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, document, and optimize end-to-end Customer Success workflows
      - Serve as product owner and strategist for Gainsight, focusing on adoption and KPIs
      - Own the vision and evolution of the customer health model, integrating product engagement and clinical outcomes
      - Architect and lead the Executive Sponsor program to enhance alignment with key accounts
      - Lead and develop the Customer Success Support and Associate teams to ensure operational excellence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years in Customer Success, CS Operations, RevOps, or related GTM functions in B2B SaaS
      - 5+ years administering or owning Gainsight (or similar CS platform) at scale
      - Proven track record in designing strategic customer health models and lifecycle processes
      - Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Healthcare experience is a plus
      - Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
