What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct manual quality assessments of dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- Create quality dashboards and trend reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on quality assessments to enhance the dispute program
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for quality calibration and process refinement
- Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance regulations to maintain high-quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the finance industry, focusing on quality for card and ACH transaction disputes
- Strong understanding of Reg E dispute requirements and familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules
- Ability to work independently in a high-risk environment with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Curiosity about the US banking system, startups, and ecommerce companies
- Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within the fintech sector
