What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement personalized education meeting plans
- Create engaging meeting materials that simplify complex financial concepts and drive participant engagement
- Partner with Relationship Managers and Education Strategists to prepare detailed annual education meeting proposals
- Ensure quality assurance of educational materials to meet regulatory standards and quality requirements
- Manage the distribution of educational resources across various platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Qualified Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans) or equivalent experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
- Effective collaboration skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
