      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales efforts in the senior living sector, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to rollout
      - Engage with top senior living groups to identify early adopter opportunities
      - Structure and lead pilot deployments for dining delivery, internal logistics, and autonomous cleaning
      - Build ROI-driven business cases demonstrating improvements in staff productivity and operational costs
      - Navigate a multi-stakeholder sales process involving C-suite executives and operational leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 7 years of experience in the Senior Living industry, including leadership, operations, or technology sales
      - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a full sales cycle role
      - Proven track record of closing enterprise deals, preferably in Senior Living or hospitality
      - Excellent executive presence and comfort engaging senior operational leadership
      - Ability to build credible ROI models that align with Senior Living business objectives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degrees or certifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
      - Experience in robotics or automation sales
      - Passion for technology and the future of Senior Living
      - Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures
