What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop financial models using Adaptive Insights
- Create, maintain, and produce division reporting, including monthly close and forecast packages
- Consolidate variance explanations for monthly close and forecast
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely reporting
- Support the annual business plan development and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, including data management and analysis
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Understanding of Third Party Logistics is strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA in Finance preferred
- Project Management experience
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Workday
- Excellent analytical skills and methodical problem-solving abilities
