What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial data, information, and analysis for management’s operational, investment, and tactical decisions
- Perform account analysis, reconciliation, and ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Compile and prepare month-end journal entries, reports, and variance analysis
- Communicate with leadership regarding financial close issues and deliverables
- Assist with interim reporting and prepare audit schedules as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting, preferably in healthcare
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Excel and technical computer skills

- Experience with financial analysis and reporting in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
