  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and implement analytical frameworks for portfolio-level and loan-level analysis
  - Develop early-warning indicators and monitoring frameworks for credit and servicing decisions
  - Construct analysis-ready datasets to support portfolio and credit analysis
  - Produce clear, decision-oriented analytical outputs for senior management and stakeholders
  - Independently determine analytical approaches and prioritize work based on risk and materiality
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5-8+ years of experience in credit analytics, portfolio analytics, structured finance, or consumer lending
  - Proven experience building analytical frameworks and models from scratch
  - Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and complex analytical logic
  - Strong understanding of loan-level data structures and credit lifecycle events
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in manufactured housing, chattel lending, or specialty finance
  - Familiarity with investor and diligence analysis, including securitizations or whole-loan sales
  - Proficiency in analytical programming or query tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Holistics
  - Knowledge of loan servicing operations and credit policy
