      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain financial and actuarial models to support cost reduction and improved health outcomes
      - Analyze year-over-year cost savings, claims reduction, and clinic utilization trends
      - Partner with clinical and operations leaders to align financial performance with care delivery outcomes
      - Provide financial insights for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
      - Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, and/or investment banking
      - Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
      - Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
      - Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI / Tableau, SQL)
      - Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and KPI tracking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare finance or industry-specific finance
      - Knowledge of provider-side healthcare analytics or medical billing/coding
      - Background in value-based care or population health models
      - Familiarity with Direct Primary Care (DPC) or alternative payment models
      - Experience supporting self-insured employer populations
