      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop reports and interactive dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
      - Conduct advanced analytics support and translate business questions into analytic requirements
      - Perform ad-hoc deep dives and support data quality and stewardship efforts
      - Mentor and onboard junior analysts while collaborating with internal customers and external providers
      - Design programmatic analyses and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in data/analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of analytics experience, particularly in healthcare (payer or provider)
      - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformations, and experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools
      - Strong consultative, communication, and storytelling skills to influence non-technical stakeholders
      - Experience with quality and regulatory measures, such as HEDIS and STARs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field
      - Tableau/Power BI certification; healthcare analytics or coding quality certifications
      - Work experience in population health, public health, epidemiology, or statistics
      - Knowledge of research methods and experience with study design and biostatistics
      - Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts
