  The Opportunity:
  
  You will operate as a senior-level recruiting partner responsible for:
  
  
  • Full-cycle recruitment across nursing, APPs, physicians, and clinical specialties
  • Developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
  • Managing the entire placement lifecycle from sourcing to close
  • Building and maintaining your own desk with strong operational support

  • Uncapped commission structure aligned with agency billing models:
  • Eighteen percent commission for completing the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Eighteen percent commission for successful business development leads to placement.
  • Up to 36% total commission on placement fees
