      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary administrator of the HubSpot Marketing Hub, managing configuration and system health.
      - Build and manage advanced marketing workflows, customer journeys, and lifecycle programs.
      - Ensure data quality, deduplication, and consistent CRM hygiene across regions and teams.
      - Develop high-quality dashboards and reports for marketing and sales leadership.
      - Collaborate with various teams to optimize lead routing and improve targeting strategies.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
      - Proven experience managing large-scale email marketing programs and workflow architecture.
      - Deep technical understanding of HubSpot features, including workflows, forms, campaigns, and reporting.
      - Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
      - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
