What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of logistics strategies across various networks to enhance service performance and reduce costs
- Conduct advanced scenario modeling and network optimization studies to support long-range supply chain planning
- Design, develop, and own enterprise logistics KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Engineer and optimize routing strategies and transportation solutions, evaluating new modes and technologies
- Provide cost modeling and financial insights to support annual planning and transportation partner performance management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics strongly preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Transportation, Operations, and/or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical background with expertise in Access, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and perform root cause analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience is a plus
- Understanding and experience in project management methodologies
- Flexible and adaptable in learning new technologies
