What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outreach to providers via various methods for the collection of medical records
- Load medical records and reports into the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) application
- Provide subject matter expertise in project management and data collection
- Support annual HEDIS audits and organize provider outreach and record uploads
- Mentor and lead team members on process and project improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of healthcare experience, including medical records support in a managed care setting
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance
- Knowledge of Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and NCQA
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
