What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication
- Manage a diverse set of projects extending across multiple disciplines
- Own project governance, including status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement
- Become a trusted advisor working with clients from data owners to C-level executives
- Support a variety of projects and provide ownership and support on client engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of professional services and/or project/program management experience
- 3+ years overseeing technical delivery/consulting projects
- 3+ years of client account/management experience
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred, or demonstrated proficiency in Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with executive-level reporting

- Proven ability to manage diverse, high-visibility initiatives of varying size and complexity
- Deep understanding of project delivery across Agile or hybrid environments, including sprint planning and backlog coordination
- Familiarity with change management and transformation initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and highly effective organizational skills
- Experience developing detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
