What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead teams of internal and external resources to manage and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and delivery solutions
- Organize and manage pre-construction meetings and project progress meetings
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects including communications, team leadership, and risk management
- Provide accurate and timely project status reporting addressing milestone progress and financial performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in engineering, construction management, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of ten years' field experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction projects related to Energy and Mobility
- Experience developing cost estimates and scope of work for electrical construction projects
- Ability to independently manage multiple large projects
- Eligibility to obtain and sustain DOD Secret level Security Clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Proficiency in project management tools to track schedules, budgets, and approvals
- Experience providing support to Federal Government clients
