What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning and implementation of medium to large power delivery projects
- Support business development through project scoping, fee development, and contract negotiations
- Define project scope, develop schedules, budgets, and staffing plans post-award
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and resolve issues throughout project lifecycles
- Train, mentor, and oversee other Project Managers while conducting project reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power Delivery Industry with at least 5 years in project management
- Firm understanding of financial management principles
- Demonstrated success in managing large multi-discipline programs or projects
- Thorough knowledge of various power delivery projects (transmission, substation, distribution)
- Strong relationship development and management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing multi-office projects
- Proven track record in business development within the power delivery sector
