What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, plan, develop, produce, and deliver proposals and presentations for client solicitations
- Provide strategic direction for the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Work with consultants and subject matter experts to craft customized content
- Partner with the lead designer to ensure visually impactful proposals and presentations
- Assist in developing winning strategies for finalist presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of professional work experience in bid management
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields in communication
- Demonstrable background in the development of custom strategic content
- Ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of proposal management software
