What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and support day-to-day revenue cycle automations
- Troubleshoot, test, and remediate errors in revenue cycle systems
- Implement automation modifications as needed and provide training to department staff
- Collaborate with IS resources for large system alterations
- Serve as the primary system support for RPA applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in a healthcare environment
- At least 1 year of experience as a Systems Analyst
- 3 years of experience with Epic systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with revenue cycle management systems
- Familiarity with automation tools and processes
- Strong communication skills to facilitate training and support
- Previous experience in a healthcare organization
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
