      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and ensure accuracy of sales compensation programs aligned with company strategy
      - Calculate monthly/quarterly commission payouts and manage disputes professionally
      - Design and model compensation plans for multiple sales roles, enhancing program effectiveness
      - Own compensation-related reporting and prepare executive-level analyses to support strategic decisions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations for sales leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
      - 10+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, financial analysis, or related roles
      - Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets
      - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and incentive compensation platforms (CaptivateIQ strongly preferred)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting Enterprise or SaaS go-to-market organizations
      - Knowledge of quota setting, territory planning, and sales operations processes
      - Familiarity with AI tools
      - Experience in high-growth or complex sales environments
