      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a fully booked calendar of sales calls with warm, qualified leads
      - Execute a consultative, high-ticket sales process that achieves consistent closures
      - Address objections with precision, urgency, and confidence
      - Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and enhance close rates
      - Maintain pipeline discipline and consistently meet revenue targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven success in closing $10K+ ticket offers (consulting, coaching, marketing, SaaS, or similar)
      - Track record of collecting over $1M in cash and achieving 25%+ close rates
      - Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to quickly build trust
      - High emotional intelligence and confidence in handling objections
      - Ability to work during EST hours consistently and reliably

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a performance-driven, commission-based sales environment
      - Familiarity with eCommerce and influencer marketing strategies
