What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the complete application life cycle including design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Identify and recommend creative solutions to enhance platform capabilities
- Collaborate with architects, admins, and stakeholders on status and technical issues
- Implement AppExchange tools and develop integrations using APIs and Web Services
- Provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen, as the work must be performed in the U.S. for a federal contract
- Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com custom development, including APEX and Lightning Components
- 4+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using SOAP or REST API
- 2+ years of experience with GitHub and Jenkins
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce Certification(s)
- Specialized Consultant Certifications like Sales, Service, or Community
- Experience with Public Sector Solutions or Service Cloud
