What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new automation and integrations with the employer's platform to support business requirements
- Build user experiences using custom objects, workflows, validations, formulas, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Implement and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and the employer's platform to ensure accurate data transfer
- Write tests and perform code reviews to maintain high-quality, reusable code
- Manage the Salesforce DevOps process, including efficient deployment and managing sandbox environments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
- Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flows and Dynamic Lightning Pages
- Required Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder I, and Platform Developer II
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bonus Certifications: Salesforce Certified Architect Certifications
- Experience with Agile, Kanban, or Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with integration using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture
- Background in full-stack web development, including Java and JavaScript libraries
- Experience building custom solutions on the Force.com platform
