  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and maintain robust, compliant software solutions using .NET, Python, and cloud technologies
  - Standardize quality assurance processes and oversee testing and debugging of software applications
  - Provide hands-on expertise in new development and ongoing maintenance of pharmacy benefit platforms
  - Facilitate cross-team collaboration and knowledge transfer to minimize operational risks
  - Resolve complex software issues while ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET application development, with familiarity in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)
  - Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP), APIs, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  - Hands-on experience in PostgreSQL for database management and operations
  - Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Expertise in prompt engineering, large language models, and emerging AI trends
  - Knowledge of AI implementation, testing, and monitoring processes
  - Experience with Pyspark, Databricks, and Streamsets for large-scale data processing
  - Practical experience with Kafka for messaging and data streaming solutions
  - Familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI for data warehousing and business intelligence
