What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain mobile infrastructure using React Native, iOS, and Android technologies
- Create and enhance developer tools to streamline the mobile development process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve app performance
- Implement automation for app releases and ensure seamless OTA updates
- Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in React Native, or strong experience in either iOS or Android development with a willingness to learn React Native
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving developer experiences
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A track record of contributing to high-quality, scalable mobile applications
- Experience with mobile infrastructure and developer tooling
- Familiarity with Swift or Kotlin
- Knowledge of cross-platform development practices
- Previous experience in a fintech or tech company known for mobile innovation
