      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and execute platform-level software projects from conception through launch
      - Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power portal experiences
      - Create reusable frontend libraries, design systems, and developer tooling
      - Manage infrastructure concerns, including CI/CD pipelines and observability
      - Drive frontend performance, accessibility, and quality standards across applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of complex project delivery
      - Deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture
      - Strong backend proficiency in Python (Django) or TypeScript with API design experience
      - Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
      - BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or related field

      - Familiarity with AWS, K8, Python/Django, React, and Postgres
      - Eagerness to leverage AI development tools
      - Experience with large-scale web frontend applications
