What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a technical specialist in embedded networking products, supporting sales accounts and program managers
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions
- Collaborate with strategic customers and partners to build and productize networking solutions
- Identify customer requirements related to AI networking and software-defined networking
- Provide technical guidance and direction to fellow developers to ensure cohesive project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of overall experience in relevant domains
- Strong problem-solving skills and affinity for innovation
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficient communication and technical presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with customers to develop strategic solutions
- Experience in DOCA development
- Hands-on background in Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) technology
- Familiarity with AI workloads, NCCL, CUDA, and performance tuning
