- Design and evolve end-to-end talent development and manager enablement experiences
- Act as a subject matter expert in career development across functional and management paths
- Map manager journeys and identify critical moments that drive significant impact
- Architect scalable frameworks and tools that support managers and employees in their work
- Generate insights that inform hiring, development, and workforce decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep expertise in talent development, manager enablement, or organizational effectiveness
- Minimum of 7+ years of related experience or an equivalent advanced degree and experience
- Proven ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders
- Experience designing integrated talent and manager journeys
- Strong independent judgment with comfort in owning outcomes with organization-wide impact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in skills frameworks or talent systems design
- Strong business acumen connecting talent capability to business outcomes
- Experience using data and insights for design and prioritization
- Familiarity with learning and talent technologies as enablers of experience design
