      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
      - Conduct extensive keyword research to optimize content and align with user intent
      - Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized content that drives engagement
      - Resolve technical SEO issues with the technical team to enhance website performance
      - Monitor competitor strategies and conduct regular SEO audits for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field
      - 2-4 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role
      - Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
      - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management tools
      - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in marketing within the outdoor recreation, hunting, and/or sport-shooting industry
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
      - Critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of various solutions
