What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Communicate with management about any customer concerns related to service experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive, energetic demeanor on the phone
- Previous experience in customer service roles with a track record of success
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
