What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the lead pipeline for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and site build opportunities, guiding prospects from discovery through contract execution
- Conduct deep business and technical discovery to inform solution design and uncover client goals
- Develop scopes, estimates, and proposals that highlight commercial opportunities and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with the CEO to create compelling presentations and solution narratives for client alignment
- Maintain proactive relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring a high-touch, partnership-driven approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, eCommerce consulting, or technical pre-sales, ideally within an agency or Shopify Plus ecosystem
- Proven ability to scope and architect complex site builds and replatforms, integrating CRO and UX strategies
- Strong understanding of Shopify Plus architecture and familiarity with other eCommerce platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, translating technical insights into business value
- Proficient in HubSpot or Salesforce, with experience in partner management and solution documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience engaging with the eCommerce community through conferences and partnerships
- Deep fluency in conversion strategy, data interpretation, and experience optimization
- Curious and adaptable, eager to learn about Agentic Commerce and emerging eCommerce technologies
- Comfortable guiding leads through the sales pipeline with measurable impact on deal velocity
- Strong collaborative skills, working across Sales, Delivery, and Partner teams
