      About Bobbie

Bobbie is creating a parenting culture of confidence, not comparison. And it starts with how we choose to feed our babies. We crafted our European style infant formula with purposefully sourced, organic ingredients to give parents a product they are proud to feed their babies, direct to their doorstep. Bobbie is proud to be the only US formula that is designed to meet both FDA and EU standards.

Although 83% of parents turn to formula in the first year of their baby’s life, this is the silent majority that is often shamed for not being able to exclusively breastfeed. Co-founded by two moms and created by a team of mom scientists, nutritionists, pediatricians, and lactation consultants, the Bobbie team knows first hand that there is no one size fits all for feeding. With Bobbie, we hope you can Bottle Boldly.

      The Role

Bobbie is looking for an experienced, bold and culture-obsessed Social Media Manager to help bring our social presence to life day-to-day. This role will execute our organic social strategy, create platform-native content that is uniquely Bobbie, and engage with our community across channels. This person is deeply online, understands how people behave on social platforms, and is excited to turn trends, conversations, and customer moments into content.

If you know how to grow a channel and respective audience, have a passion for thought-provoking and inspirational content, meaningful customer storytelling, and brand messaging then read on.

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can build tailored strategies to each channel that work together to tell a cohesive narrative and drive measurable channel and business growth.

You understand how to test and learn against benchmarks for success, you have a constant pulse on changing algorithms (followed with a strategy of how to evolve to meet them), you are able to measure success against key channel analytics, manage a budget, and you absolutely hate to see a DM left unread for more than a few hours.

      What you will accomplish:

Execute Bobbie’s organic social media strategy and manage day-to-day publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, TYB, and other growing channels

      • Build tailored social and content strategies for each channel, standing up a tactical and intentional plan for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and other emerging channels.
      • Manage the social content calendar and ensure posts are scheduled and published across channels.
      • Create platform-native content (short-form video, photos, captions, and simple graphics) using tools like iPhone, CapCut, Canva, or Figma.
      • Build and engage our Bobbie community across channels, fostering conversation
        • Manage social-listening, engagement and community DMs in partnership with CX team
      • Identify trends, sounds, and cultural moments that Bobbie can participate in quickly.
      • Partner with Marketing team, marketing channel leads, creative, copy and video teams to support campaign-based content requests and ad hoc social content needs
      • Create & manage social media content databases and resources to leverage across marketing and comms channels
      • Ensure consistency of brand voice across channels
      • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, and Creator teams to bring campaigns and social concepts to life. Comfortable with iPhone content creation and quick turn creative asks—making Reels and leveraging tools like Canva, Figma, Edits, CapCut, etc.
      • Track performance and surface insights that help improve future content, sharing weekly and monthly reports with the team.
      • Test & learn: ensure we learn from everything we do (e.g., message, medium, channel) and feed insight back into our strategy and creative process.
      • Oversee freelance/contract creator support as needed to fulfill channel content needs

What we would like you to have:

      • At least 5 years of experience overseeing multiple social media channels, ideally in a startup environment or at CPG brand (experience in eCommerce / DTC a plus!)
      • Ability to create and edit compelling assets and produce social content for TikTok and Instagram
      • Comfortable filming and appearing in quick-turn social content when needed
      • Proven ability to grow audiences, drive engagement, and support business KPIs
      • Experience using Nectar, Figma, and/or Canva
      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines and across initiatives
      • A strong sense of customer empathy to create content that resonates with parents (moms AND dads)
      • Strategic & executional —ability to think at a high-level and be in-the-weeds of the day-to-day of social media management

You’re inspired by our core values:

      • Be Radical - We are change makers, rule breakers and stigma shakers. We are unapologetically bold and use our megaphone for good.
      • Nurture the Tension - Parenthood is full of healthy tension , and so is building a company. We embrace the unknowns, practice humility and are a culture of learners.
      • Deliver Ounce by Ounce - Our customers have entrusted us to feed their babies. We lose sleep over the details, so they don’t have to.
      • Don’t Assume - We embrace our unique perspectives, withhold judgment, and find beauty in the paths that brought us all to Bobbie. Our strength is celebrating each other and our collective voice.
