      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within assigned territory
      - Position and sell Quest's Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions to address business challenges
      - Develop relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
      - Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure using a consultative approach
      - Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10 years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
      - Experience in selling solutions related to Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software
      - Strong understanding of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends
      - Proven ability to engage with large Strategic accounts and C-level IT leadership
      - Experience managing a multi-state territory with both direct and channel sales approaches

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS and hybrid software environment
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      - A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
      - Willingness to travel as needed
