What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in hospital labs and health systems through various outreach methods
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, including customer agreements
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on client KPIs and strategic priorities
- Maintain a robust pipeline and accurately forecast performance using Salesforce
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, aligning solutions with operational challenges and performance goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in healthcare, business, technology, or related areas
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in healthcare or analytics
- 2+ years of proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- 2+ years of demonstrated proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience with clinical laboratories, hospital operations, and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- 2+ years of experience in creating and presenting virtual presentations using Microsoft Office in a B2B capacity
