      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Spanish and English-speaking customers with their inquiries
      - Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide personalized experiences
      - Promote additional products during customer interactions
      - Manage tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
      - Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and troubleshoot technical problems as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
      - Ability to provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
      - Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
      - Strong communication skills adaptable to various styles
      - Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a virtual work environment
      - Familiarity with HSN computer system requirements
      - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
