What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor online reviews and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Address customer concerns with empathy, transforming negative experiences into positive brand sentiment
- Maintain accurate records of customer feedback trends in the company database
- Support the Product Improvement and Sustainability Taskforce by updating project statuses and managing logistics
- Generate routine reports on customer satisfaction and product performance for leadership review
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One to three years of experience in customer experience, administrative support, or a quality-focused role
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce or Monday.com is a plus
- Ability to resolve customer issues independently and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Self-starter with the ability to work from home and adapt to new software systems quickly

- Experience in a quality assurance or product management role
- Familiarity with customer feedback management tools and systems
- Background in the furniture or home goods industry
