- Demonstrated experience working in partnership with a leading research university
- Demonstrated experience advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Education or related field
- Additional experience in program and curriculum development
- Experience in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Previous work with external audiences in an educational setting
