What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound support for customer account orders and payment processes
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to vaccine orders and shipments
- Maintain knowledge of terms and conditions to respond to customer pricing inquiries
- Assist customers with commercial offer and direct purchase account enrollment
- Log customer interactions and utilize issue tracking systems for documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or telephone setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong customer focus
- Proficient computer and data entry skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or BA/BS degree
- Experience in business-to-business customer account support
- Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
