      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and execute the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and routing
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing sales funnel and activity metrics
      - Educate and influence eyecare professionals through compliant in-office data reviews and trainings
      - Support practice integration by driving adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy and equipping staff with necessary tools
      - Document customer insights and feedback, sharing with internal partners to refine strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical, or related fields
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
      - Must maintain an unexpired driver's license and satisfactory driving record
      - Ability to discuss affordability of therapies with practices and patients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pharmaceutical launches
      - Background in startup environments
      - Strong comfort level with selling cash-pay or elective therapies
