      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a territory plan, including segmentation and call cadence across various practices
      - Meet or exceed sales targets while managing forecasts and activity metrics using CRM tools
      - Educate and influence Eyecare professionals through compliant training sessions and data reviews
      - Integrate clinical evidence into practical behaviors to enhance practice workflows and patient care
      - Document customer feedback and insights to inform internal strategy and execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
      - Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
      - Comfort discussing cash-pay/elective therapies with practices and patients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with pharmaceutical launches or within a startup environment
      - Strong understanding of cash-pay therapy models and affordability discussions
      - Proven track record of building territories from initial sales to sustained growth
      - Ability to adapt quickly and utilize feedback for continuous improvement
      - Excellent communication skills tailored to Optometrist-focused discussions
