What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and coverage across various practices
- Meet and exceed sales targets while managing the sales funnel and forecasts using CRM tools
- Educate and influence eyecare professionals through in-office training sessions and data reviews
- Support the integration of a new therapy into practices, ensuring clear communication of value and usage
- Document customer insights and feedback, sharing relevant information with internal partners for strategy refinement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or medical sales experience is a plus
- Preferred experience in eye-care or contact lens sales
- Comfort with discussing cash-pay/elective therapies with practices and patients
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
