      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and routing
      - Meet and exceed sales targets; manage forecasts and activity metrics with disciplined CRM usage
      - Educate and influence eye care professionals through compliant data reviews, trainings, and presentations
      - Translate clinical evidence into practical behaviors and capture insights to refine messaging
      - Document customer feedback and insights, sharing with internal partners as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented sales success; experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a plus
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales preferred
      - Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with pharmaceutical launches
      - Start-up experience
      - Proven track record in building territories from the ground up
      - Ability to adapt quickly and utilize feedback for improvement
      - Strong communication skills tailored to Optometrist-focused discussions
