      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute territory and account plans that prioritize high-impact opportunities
      - Deliver compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements
      - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders
      - Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use based on customer needs
      - Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and comply with company policies and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
      - Proven track record of consistent performance in sales roles
      - Ability to travel within the assigned territory and for conferences
      - Valid U.S. driver's license and compliance with company driving standards
