      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full sales cycle for media partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising deals
      - Prospect, pitch, and close mid-sized sponsorship deals ranging from $10K to $100K
      - Build strong relationships with marketing leaders, growth teams, and brand managers in crypto and fintech
      - Collaborate with internal teams to create valuable sponsorship solutions
      - Stay informed about crypto market trends and shifts in marketing budgets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales
      - Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets
      - Proven track record of building pipelines and consistently closing deals
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Strong client relationship skills and a hunter mentality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
