      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program, ensuring compliance and efficiency
      - Manage broker entry reporting and oversee daily broker operations, including HTS Code inquiries and census verification
      - Utilize ACE and InforNexus platforms for accurate customs reporting and actionable insights
      - Prepare and manage duty chargeback reports and coordinate monthly duty payment processes
      - Conduct compliance checks, audits, and monitor entry packet retention for robust documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance or trade operations
      - Proficiency in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
      - Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
      - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with First Sale program operations
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with post-entry audits and corrections
