      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service via Application Support for HR applications, including Workday Modules for HCM, Payroll, Absence, Talent & Compensation
      - Manage daily and weekly payroll processing, including integrations, calculations, and audits
      - Ensure reported incidents are tracked and documented, troubleshooting issues and providing root-cause analysis
      - Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and implement/configure changes in the HR system
      - Maintain the integrity of data in the HR system and utilize audit reports to detect discrepancies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience required
      - High school diploma and/or GED completion
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - 3-5 years of experience with Workday is preferred
      - Strong action-oriented mindset and ability to manage ambiguity
      - Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
