What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct forensic assignments related to Contractor Default and Complex Construction Claims
- Produce detailed written forensic reports based on findings from construction projects
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate with team members to deliver timely client reports
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of associate team members as needed
- Develop and maintain beneficial client relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
- 1-3 years of experience in forensic claims and cost analysis work
- Minimum of 4-8 years of construction experience, including management and engineering
- Proficiency in P3® and P6® scheduling software, with additional software experience as a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerBI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with estimating software
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BlueBeam
- Familiarity with various construction systems for commercial, retail, healthcare, and residential buildings
- Experience coordinating with internal and external consultants and architects
- Background in site inspections and preparing site reports
