What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and standardize customer success processes to ensure consistency and scalability
- Lead strategic initiatives and programs to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Partner with Analytics to manage and analyze customer data and track key performance indicators
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams
- Provide training and support to the Customer Success team on tools, processes, and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success Operations or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of managing sales or customer success operating cadence
- Strong proficiency in managing customer forecasts, ideally with forecasting solutions (e.g., Clari, Gong, Salesforce)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
